We established QA procedure to control all process from Welding & Visual Inspection, Coating Inspection, Pre-assembly Inspection to WPS, Nondestructive Examination, ITP (Inspection Test Plan) , Offer full MDR(Manufacture Data Report) documents to customer.
All manufacturing welds are performed by qualified welders, according to AWS D1.1 according to the welding processes involved. We also arrange QC to inspect end products, offer Material Certificates And Accept full supervision by SGS, BV …ect third party testing to ensure that every parts we deliveried meets the quality requirements
