We have instituted a comprehensive QA procedure that governs all processes from Welding & Visual Inspection, Coating Inspection, Pre-assembly Inspection to WPS, Nondestructive Examination, and ITP (Inspection Test Plan). We provide complete MDR (Manufacture Data Report) documentation to our customers.
All manufacturing welds are conducted by qualified welders in compliance with AWS D1.1 according to the applicable welding processes. We also deploy QC to inspect end products, offer Material Certificates, and accept full supervision by third-party testing entities such as SGS, BV, etc., ensuring all delivered parts meet quality standards.
